Returns and Discrepancies:
All returns and discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of your order in the following manner:
Office Depot: Log on to Office Depot. To place a return online, click on the Order Number under Order Tracking. Click on the Submit Return button on the Order Detail page to open the Return Form. *Please Note: Only one return per order may be processed online. If an additional return is required please contact Customer Service at 888-263-3423.
School Specialty: Send an email to email@example.com and include the PO Number, Order Number and what is wrong. For further assistance in processing your return online, please contact School Specialty at 888-388-3224.
Southwest School Supply: Log on to Southwest School Supply. Click on Return/Credit Request and follow the directions. For further assistance in processing your return online, please contact Southwest School Supply at 800-227-7159.
Stinson’s: Send an email to the company at firstname.lastname@example.org and a cc… copy to Jana Gaiser. In the email include the PO Number, the Order Number, the Item Number and a description of the problem. Also, include your contact information so the company can contact you and arrange a pick up or exchange of the product.
Please note: For all returns please include the following information on packing slips sent to Purchasing:
- Order issues / discrepancies
- Solution to problem (from vendor)
- Contact information for the vendor (name).
