Nichols Elementary School has always strived to create a safe, orderly, and stimulating learning environment for all students.  In an effort to continue to improve our school climate, staff at Nichols Elementary have worked together to form a School Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (SWPBIS) Plan.  The focus of this plan is to create a positive School climate that fosters being safe, respectful, responsible, cooperative, and ready to learn.

We will continue with full implantation of The TIER I Nichols School Wide Positive Behavior Intervention Supports Program, implementation of Tier II and begin the implementation of Tier III.
