Request for Qualification- Construction Management Services
Construction Management firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications for the purpose of determining their eligibility to provide services as the Construction Manager for new construction, modernization, capital improvement and deferred maintenance projects being considered by the Bakersfield City School District.

Evaluations, selection and recommendations will be based on the firm’s response, demonstrated competence, overall qualifications as presented within its application/letter and Statement of Qualifications. From this evaluation process a list of prequalified construction managed firms will be determined for construction projects. Five (5) copies of the completed Application/Statement of Qualifications should be forwarded to the following and must be received not later than 4:00 p.m. on August 21, 2017.
