Consultant and professional services firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the purpose of determining their firm’s eligibility to provide services as Proposition 39 Consultant for capital improvement or miscellaneous small projects being considered by the Bakersfield City School District.

Services to include but not limited to:

  • Auditing and Reporting
  • Level II/III Energy Audits
  • Education Code 4717 Design Build

The complete Statement of Qualifications package can be downloaded from the Department’s website at under Request for Qualification or by contacting Marcos Rodriguez at (661) 631-5883.

Evaluations, selection and recommendations will be based on your firm’s response, demonstrated competence, and overall qualifications as presented within your Statement of Qualifications package.

Four (4) copies (one in electronic form on a CD or a flash drive) of the completed RFQ- Attachment A Qualifications Questionnaire should be forwarded to the following address and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018:
