Open Enrollment for the 2017-2018 year is here! Stop by Health Benefits August 1, 2017 to make your changes. All changes are effective October 1, 2017.
If you are an employee not currently enrolled in the Employee Fringe Benefits, needing to add a dependent, or would like to make a change to your current dental plan to your plan please click on the “Open Enrollment” tab to the right.
Please remember a qualifying event such a adding a new spouse or dependent must be submitted within 30 days of that event. Otherwise Open Enrollment is every August.
All changes made during Open Enrollment are effective October 1.
Ever have those weekend illnesses or can’t get an appointment with your primary physician? Don’t go wait in line at the Emergency Room. For non-emergency visits stop by one of our contracted Urgent Cares.
Urgent Care visits are covered through our insurance just like a doctor’s visit. Deductibles and out of pockets apply.

Flu Season is here!
Have you had your Flu vaccine? You are eligible to receive vaccines through your local participating pharmacy with a $ ZERO copay*.
*Please note if the pharmacy charges an administration fee this is 100% reimbursable through Navitus. Pharmacy must be contracted with Navitus for this fee to be reimbursed*
We highly suggest you contact Navitus PRIOR to visiting a pharmacy to ensure they are participating in the vaccine program.
Vaccines included are Flu, Pneumonia, Herpes Zoster (Shingles), TDAP,Td, Hep A, Hep B, Varicella, HPV, MMR, and Meningococcal.
These vaccines must be administered at the Pharmacy by a licensed Pharmacist.
No prescription necessary. Each vaccine has required guidelines which must be met.
If you do not meet these requirements, your Physician can request an authorization through Navitus.
Please note: Not all pharmacies may carry these vaccines or have someone on staff to administer them.
It is recommended you call ahead to see if your pharmacy carries these vaccines and has staff to administer the medication.
You cannot pick up the medication and take it to the Physician’s office. It will not be covered.
It is also always recommended you consult your Physician prior to receiving any vaccines to avoid any unnecessary or repeated vaccines.
