Chess Club

Welcome to the Franklin Chess Club. Our club meets every Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:15 in the cafeteria. Students from kindergarten through sixth grade are welcome to participate. You don’t have to know how to play chess, just have a love for the game. Many of our members have played in chess tournaments around Bakersfield.

You must be currently enrolled in Franklin School to be in the club.

Chess Links

Here are some interesting links for my players, parents and anyone else who is interested.
