The Board of Directors defines the mission, goals, and objectives of the Education Foundation. The Directors serve as the governing body, have fiduciary responsibility, establish policies and serve as the official voluntary representatives of the organization. Often, Directors represent a business, professional, educational, or community organization of the geographic area represented by the Education Foundation.
