Fourteen BCSD Students Place at Annual Kern County Science Fair

April 3, 2017 – Congratulations to the Bakersfield City School District (BCSD) students who placed at the Kern County Science Fair held earlier this month. Students who earned first and second place are eligible to participate in the 66th annual California Science Fair taking place on April 24-25 at the California Science Center in Los Angeles.

All the students were recognized with Certificates of Achievement by the Board of Education during the March 23th Board meeting. Those who earned first place led those present in the pledge of allegiance.
