Fletcher Hosts First Annual Academic Showcase
April 18, 2017 – Fletcher Elementary School invited families and friends to view the scholastic achievements of the students at the school’s First Annual Academic Showcase. The many displays included mini replicas of the California Missions, art projects, and even small gardens.
Also featured was a table full of school issued Chromebooks, where students could log in to display their various online projects. Parents could preview their children’s research reports, book reports, poetry, slide presentations and many other projects.
Fletcher Principal Nancy Olcott said, “This event is something that we have wanted to happen for some time, and we are definitely looking forward to having more events to showcase our students’ work in the future.”
