2016 Kern County Science Fair Winners Announced

March 18, 2016 – Congratulations to the Bakersfield City School District students who placed in the 28th annual Kern County Science Fair. The annual event showcased approximately 700 top projects from 4th through 12th graders from schools across the county. Students were judged on their presentation, work, and creativity by local Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math professionals, teachers, and volunteers. First or second place winners may be eligible to compete in the 65th annual California Science Fair taking place on May 23 and 24 at the California Science Center in Los Angeles.
